Creating a professional real estate video ads no longer requires a camera crew, production studio or complicated editing setup. In this project, we used five AI-powered tools - Claude AI, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, PixVerse AI and Canva - to take a real estate brief from script to a finished vertical video ad.

The idea is simple: let one AI tool plan, another create, another animate, and another assemble.

For the sake of this blog I'm taking an example of The Hill Nest Plotting Projects, in Karkalpahad, Kadthal, South Hyderabad, the workflow was built around one goal: create a video that feels emotional, premium and suitable for social media advertising.

The AI Video Creation Workflow at a Glance

Final real estate video ad

Five tools. One workflow. A complete video from concept to final export.

Step 1: Claude AI - Write the Script and Creative Prompts

The first step was not image generation. It was storytelling.

We gave Claude AI the complete project brief, including the location, plot sizes, pricing, approvals, amenities, connectivity and target audience.

But instead of asking for a generic script, we specifically asked for a 45-second Meta video ad with an emotional hook and an urgent CTA.

The Prompt We Used:

Write a 45-second English Voice over script for Meta video ad for The Hill Nest - A Plotted Villa development in Karkalpahad, Kadthal, South Hyderabad.

Key details:

- 164-311 sq.yard villa plots at 9000/- sq.yard
- 6.36 acres DTCP & RERA Approved Layouts
- Spot Registration
- 100% vastu
- 33& 40ft wide BT Road
- Clear Title
- Electric & Water Supply
- Underground Drainage
- Walking Track
- Avenue Plantation
- CCTV Surveillance
- Children Play Area/ Park
- 24*7 Security
- Overhead tank with stump
- Beautiful landscape perks
- pollution free environment

Location Highlight:

- FCDA Zone
- 10 mins From Future City
- 5 mins from the Sri Sailam Highway

Schools in 30 mins:
- Aga Khan Academy
- Sri Sri Academy
- Manchester Global

Industrial Zone:

- 10 mins from 4th city
- TATA Industrial SEZ
- Electronics City SEZ
- AI Proposed City

Tone: Emotional hook + urgent close
Language: English
Number: Spell in English
End with: Book Your Site Visit Now

And the result was the following script:

THE HILL NEST - 45-Second Script

[0:00–0:05] HOOK
What if home... wasn't a flat in the sky?
What if it was land under your feet?

[0:06–0:14] EMOTIONAL PULL
Imagine mornings on your own plot.
No shared walls. No shared dreams.
Just your family. Your space. Your Hill Nest.

[0:15–0:24] THE OFFER
In Karkalpahad, Kadthal - South Hyderabad's rising address -
plots from one hundred sixty-four to three hundred eleven square yards.
Starting at just nine thousand rupees per square yard.
DTCP and RERA approved. Clear title. Spot registration.

[0:25–0:34] LIFESTYLE & LOCATION
Wide thirty-three and forty foot roads.
One hundred percent vastu. Twenty-four seven security.
Ten minutes from Future City.
Minutes from top schools and tomorrow's industrial hubs -
TATA SEZ, Electronics City, and the AI proposed city.

[0:35–0:41] REINFORCE DESIRE

Landscaped avenues. Walking tracks. Clean air.
This isn't just a plot.
It's the life you've been planning for.

[0:42–0:45] CTA
The Hill Nest is calling.
Book your site visit now.

Why We Chose an Emotional Hook:

The objective wasn't simply to list amenities.

Real estate is an emotional purchase. So instead of opening with plot dimensions or pricing, the script begins with a question:

“What if home... wasn't a flat in the sky? What if it was land under your feet?”

Claude then built the narrative around space, family, ownership and aspiration, before moving into the project's factual selling points.

The resulting script moved from:

Emotion → Location → Product → Amenities → Connectivity → Aspiration → CTA

That structure became the foundation for every visual that followed.

Step 2: ElevenLabs - Turn the Script Into a Voiceover

Once the script was ready, we moved to ElevenLabs for voice generation.

The complete script was pasted into the text-to-speech workflow and an Indian English male voice was selected to suit the target audience and real estate context.

ElevenLabs Settings:

Clarity

75%

Speed

The voice should support the story - not compete with it.

Our Tip:

Generate Scene 1 as a test clip first before generating the full voiceover.

If the delivery sounds robotic, increase Stability to 75%.If it feels too slow, increase Speed to 0.92.

Output: A professional voiceover file ready to use in the video edit.

Step 3: ChatGPT - Generate the Visuals

With the voiceover ready, the next challenge was visual storytelling.

Instead of searching for stock footage, we can use ChatGPT image generation to create the scenes.

The important part was that we didn't randomly generate property images.

Claude was first asked to write detailed visual prompts based on each line of the voiceover.

This kept the visuals connected to the narrative.

For example, the opening scene needed to communicate confinement versus aspiration.

Scene 1 - The Opening Hook

Voiceover: “What if home wasn't a flat in the sky?”

Prompt:
A young Indian couple standing on a high-rise balcony at dusk, looking out over a dense concrete apartment skyline, slightly wistful expression, city lights beginning to flicker on, cool blue-grey color grade, cinematic wide shot, shallow depth of field, feeling of confinement and longing, photorealistic, 35mm lens look.

The following scenes were then developed around the script:

  • Land and freedom

  • Morning on your own plot

  • Apartment versus open space

  • Family and lifestyle

  • Karkalpahad, Kadthal location

  • Plot sizes and pricing

  • Approvals and documentation

  • Roads and infrastructure

  • Vastu and security

  • Future City connectivity

  • Schools and industrial hubs

  • Walking tracks and greenery

  • Emotional family hero shot

  • Final CTA

The result was a 15-scene visual storyboard, rather than a collection of unrelated AI images.

Don't generate images first. Build the story first, then make every image serve it.

Step 4: PixVerse AI - Add Motion to Static Images

Static images were then converted into short cinematic clips using PixVerse AI.

This is where the visuals started feeling like video rather than a slideshow.

We uploaded each ChatGPT-generated image and paired it with a motion prompt created for that specific scene.

Camera

Based on the scene prompt

Example: Scene 1 Motion Prompt

The camera starts on a slow static hold on the couple's backs, then very slowly pushes in (dolly-in, 3 - 4 seconds), city lights beginning to twinkle in the depth of field behind them. Minimal movement - stillness should feel heavy, almost trapped. End on a subtle handheld micro-sway to add unease.

The motion direction was different for every scene.

For example:

  • Scene 2: A fast match-cut from the apartment balcony into an open green landscape.

  • Scene 3: Slow rack focus from steaming coffee to the land in the background.

  • Scene 5: A smooth drone-style tracking shot following the family.

  • Scene 6: Aerial descent over the plotted layout.

  • Scene 9: Forward tracking movement along the BT road.

  • Scene 11: Fast drone movement towards the distant skyline.

  • Scene 14: Slow cinematic pull-back revealing the family and landscape.

  • Scene 15: Rising aerial movement for the final CTA.

The key was controlled motion.

Too much motion can make AI-generated footage look artificial. Medium, scene-specific movement generally keeps the footage more cinematic and believable.

Motion should amplify the emotion already present in the image.

Step 5: Assemble the Final Real Estate Video (Canva, Premier Pro etc)

The final stage was editing.

We created a 1080 × 1920 px vertical video, making it suitable for formats such as Meta Reels and Stories.

The PixVerse clips, ElevenLabs voiceover and background music were brought into Canva and arranged according to the voiceover.

[0:00–0:05] HOOK

1

"What if home wasn't a flat in the sky?"

Camera starts on a slow static hold on the couple's backs, then very slowly pushes in (dolly-in, 3–4 seconds), city lights beginning to twinkle in the depth of field behind them. Minimal movement — stillness should feel heavy, almost trapped. End on a subtle handheld micro-sway to add unease.

2

"What if it was land under your feet?"

Match-cut transition: the same couple now standing barefoot on open green land at golden hour, arms slightly outstretched, warm sunlight, rolling hills in the background, wide open sky, sense of freedom and possibility, photorealistic aerial-to-ground transition, warm gold and amber tones.

Hard match-cut on movement: camera whip-pans or speed-ramps from the balcony shot into a low-angle upward tilt starting at the couple's bare feet on grass, then rises to reveal their faces and the open sky. Motion should feel like a release — fast whip transition, then slow, floating stabilization once landed, like an exhale.

[0:06–0:14] EMOTIONAL PULL

3

"Imagine mornings on your own plot"

Close-up: a cup of filter coffee steaming on a wooden ledge, soft morning mist rolling over green plotted land in the background, birds flying low, sunrise light streaming diagonally through, warm nostalgic tone, shallow focus on the cup, out-of-focus villa plots behind

Extreme close-up, static macro shot on the steaming coffee cup with steam rising in real-time; very slow rack-focus pulling from the cup in the foreground to the misty plotted land in the background. Barely perceptible camera drift (handheld breathing motion) to keep it organic and intimate.

4

"No shared walls. No shared dreams."

Split-frame or match-cut: LEFT — cramped apartment corridor with neighbors' doors close together, dim fluorescent light, cold tone; RIGHT — same family standing on their own open plot with a boundary marker, wide unobstructed sky, warm natural light. Strong visual contrast between confinement and openness.

Split-screen wipe transition: left side (corridor) has a tight, slightly claustrophobic handheld push-in with jittery micro-movements; right side (open plot) has a smooth wide dolly-out revealing more sky and space. The wipe itself should move left-to-right in sync with the VO cadence, cold-to-warm color transition baked into the motion.

5

"Just your family. Your space. Your Hill Nest."

Wide cinematic shot: a family of four (parents + two kids) walking hand-in-hand across a landscaped plot with young saplings and a walking track visible, soft evening light, genuine candid laughter, aspirational lifestyle photography, warm golden-hour glow, drone-style wide angle slowly pulling back.

Drone-style tracking shot following the family from behind at a low altitude as they walk hand-in-hand across the plot; camera glides smoothly alongside them, then arcs slightly around to the front, ending on a gentle slow-motion (75% speed) as they pause and laugh. Warm lens flare drifting across frame.

[0:15–0:24] THE OFFER

6

"In Karkalpahad, Kadthal — South Hyderabad's rising address"

Aerial drone shot descending over a plotted villa layout with neatly paved wide roads, avenue plantation saplings lining the streets, hills visible in the distance, clear blue sky, sense of scale and organized development, bright daylight, real-estate promo aerial style.

Full aerial drone descent - starts high above the layout showing the full grid of plots and roads, then smoothly descends and glides forward at a steady pace toward the entrance arch, revealing scale and order. Motion should be fluid and continuous, like a confident flyover, no cuts.

7

"Plots from 164 to 311 square yards, starting at nine thousand rupees per square yard"

Clean infographic-style overlay scene: a top-down drone shot of individual demarcated plots with white boundary stones, subtle animated text overlays showing plot sizes and pricing, minimal and modern, daylight, crisp and trustworthy visual tone, marketing-graphic aesthetic.

Top-down aerial hold with a slow, steady creep forward over the plots; plot boundary lines subtly animate/highlight in sync with on-screen text appearing (e.g., glowing outline pulses as "164–311 sq.yd" text fades in). Motion is minimal on the base footage — let the graphic overlays carry the energy.

8

"DTCP and RERA approved. Clear title. Spot registration."

Close-up: hands signing property documents on a wooden table, a small model/miniature of a villa plot layout beside the papers, an approval stamp visible, warm confident lighting, sense of trust and legitimacy, shallow depth of field, professional real-estate close-up.

Slow macro push-in on hands signing the document, shallow rack-focus shifting from pen tip to the miniature plot model beside it. Subtle warm light flicker (like sunlight through a window) drifting across the frame for a "trustworthy, human" feel.

[0:25–0:34] LIFESTYLE & LOCATION

9

"Wide 33 and 40 foot roads"

Low-angle tracking shot along a freshly paved black-top road cutting through the plotted layout, street lighting poles on either side, avenue trees young and evenly spaced, a car or bike driving past for scale, bright clean daylight, sense of order and accessibility.

Aerial drone slowly rises and tilts down over the full layout as the "THE HILL NEST" logo and CTA button animate in from below with a soft upward slide and gentle scale-bounce; the drone motion should feel steady and confident, coming to a smooth stop as the final CTA text settles on screen.

10

"100% Vastu. 24/7 security."

Split visual: a compass/vastu diagram subtly overlaid on an aerial plot layout (symbolizing alignment), followed by a uniformed security guard at a gated entrance with a CCTV camera visible, warm reassuring lighting, sense of safety and harmony.

11

"10 minutes from Future City"

Dynamic drone shot flying from the green plotted layout toward a distant modern skyline (Future City), smooth transition showing proximity, daylight with soft haze, motion blur on foreground trees to convey speed and connectivity.

12

"Minutes from top schools and tomorrow's industrial hubs"

Quick montage of three quick cuts: children in school uniforms walking into a modern school gate (soft morning light); a sleek corporate/industrial park building exterior with glass facade; a futuristic AI-themed cityscape concept render with soft blue accent lighting — symbolizing TATA SEZ, Electronics City, and the AI Proposed City.

[0:35–0:41] REINFORCE DESIRE

13

"Landscaped avenues. Walking tracks. Clean air."

Wide shot: an elderly couple walking peacefully along a paved walking track lined with young trees and landscaped greenery within the layout, soft early morning light, mist in the background, birds chirping ambience, calm and serene color grade (soft greens and golds).

14

"This isn't just a plot. It's the life you've been planning for."

Emotional hero shot: the same family from Scene 5, now standing together on their plot at sunset, silhouetted against a warm orange sky, one child pointing toward the horizon, sense of hope and arrival, cinematic wide shot, warm saturated tones, slow zoom-in feel.

[0:42–0:45] CTA

15

CTA: "The Hill Nest is calling. Book your site visit now."

Clean end-card scene: aerial drone shot of the full plotted layout with "THE HILL NEST" logo overlay, contact number and CTA button graphic ("Book Your Site Visit Now"), bright optimistic daylight, confident and clean brand-forward composition, subtle motion (drone slowly rising).

The exact timing can be adjusted during editing to match the generated voiceover and final cut.

What Made This AI Video Workflow Work?

The biggest lesson wasn't any single AI tool.

It was the sequence.

  • Claude handled the creative direction.

  • ElevenLabs handled the voice.

  • ChatGPT created the visuals.

  • PixVerse added movement.

  • Canva brought everything together.

Each tool had one clear job.

AI works best when you build a workflow, not when you throw everything into one tool.

The Complete AI Video Creation Process

Project Brief

Claude AI - Script + Creative Prompts

ElevenLabs - Voiceover

ChatGPT - Photorealistic Images

PixVerse AI - Cinematic Motion

Canva - Editing + Assembly

Final Real Estate Video Ad

This approach can also be adapted for real estate developers, plotted developments, residential projects, commercial properties, hospitality brands and other location-driven businesses.

5 Key Takeaways

  1. AI-powered video creation is a workflow, not a single tool.

  2. Start with the script and emotional narrative before generating visuals.

  3. Use scene-specific image and motion prompts instead of generic prompts.

  4. Keep AI-generated motion controlled to maintain a realistic, premium look.

  5. Use Canva as the final assembly layer to control timing, text, audio and branding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is AI-powered video creation?

AI-powered video creation is the process of using artificial intelligence tools to create different parts of a video, including scripts, voiceovers, images, animations and edits. In this workflow, five specialised tools were combined rather than relying on a single platform.

Q. Can AI create a real estate video ad?

Yes. AI tools can support most stages of a real estate video workflow, from writing the script and generating visuals to creating voiceovers and animating images. Human review is still important for factual accuracy, branding, visual consistency and final editing.

Q. Which AI tools were used for this real estate video?

The workflow used Claude AI, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, PixVerse AI and Canva. Claude was used for scripting and creative prompts, ElevenLabs for voice generation, ChatGPT for images, PixVerse for animation and Canva for final editing.

Q. Why use multiple AI tools instead of one?

Different tools are optimised for different tasks. Separating scripting, voice generation, image creation, animation and editing provides more control over each stage and makes it easier to refine the final result.

Q. Can this workflow be used for other real estate projects?

Yes. The same workflow can be adapted for residential projects, plotted developments, villas, apartments and commercial properties. The key is to replace the project information, audience, narrative and scene prompts with details relevant to the specific property.

Final Takeaway

A professional real estate video does not begin with an editing timeline.

It begins with a story.

For The Hill Nest, that story moved from the emotional idea of owning your own space to the practical reasons to consider the development - and finally to a clear site-visit CTA.

The technology simply helped turn that story into voice, visuals, motion and video.
